The e-book, available for download, also contains more cordon bleu recipes, such as calf testicles in wine and testicles with bourgignon sauce.
All animal testicles except human can be eaten, whether boiled, minced or deep fried in hot oil, he said.
The 45-year-old chef claims the tastiest testicles come from bulls, but the best for aphrodisiac properties are sheep and stallion testicles, which are rich in testosterone.
Erovic also organises the World Testicle Cooking Championship, held annually in Serbia since 2004.
It draws in chefs from Australia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Norway and Serbia. One tonne of testicles are prepared for the event.
When Erovic isn't cooking or eating testicles, or helping others to do so, he runs a company that does maintenance on medical and dental equipment.
